On two occasions, Nov. 8 and Dec. 13, I asked DirectBuy by email for the cost of a gun safe and refrigerator. Both times Chanel answered the same day with cost and any details she thought helpful. The prices were typical of the savings we get through membership in DirectBuy and wanted to commend Chanel on her professionalism in dealing with me.

I'm so glad we recently joined DirectBuy! Not only are we saving a substantial amount of money on our kitchen remodel, but the staff and service are exceptional; whether it's helping you decide on which appliances would be perfect for you or accomodating the fact that I want a sink from one manufacturer but the basket drain from another. Desmond was so kind to sit with me and go through the specs of various strainer basket/drains, which I'm sure would have driven most other people crazy. My point is, the service I've gotten here far surpasses the retail buying experience. We have yet to shop for many other kitchen "necessities," but I look forward to it because, I know, with the selection available here, I will get what I need and, most importantly, what I WANT.

I love DirectBuy. Last year I bought some Italian leather sofas and I LOOVEE my couches. The color was red with wingate feet and they are beautiful. The quality is superb and the color is perfect. I'm really pleased especially since I paid maybe a little more than 1/2 price. The savings are phenomenal and I am well pleased.

I've always wanted a grandfather clock, and after 2 years of searching, found the exact one that I wanted. Desmond helped me to place the order and got me a super-discounted price. He also got me the names of certified clock technicians to do set up. Most of the work up to the purchase was done by phone and this saved me a lot of time. Desmond was very helpful, through and a pleasure to work with.

I have been a DirectBuy member since 2006. Initially, as a single person, I was anxious about the cost of the membership, wondering if I would ever recoup the enrollment cost in future purchases. I should not have worried. I could NEVER have done all the renovation updates to my home if I had to pay the retail price. I have used my membership for everything from flooring, bath fixtures, tubs, TVs, window treatments, furniture, door locks, mattress sets and appliances to overhead garage doors, just to name a few purchases. I have saved the cost of the membership several times over. It has been a god send for me. I am so glad that I decided to do the 10 year plan. I love that I can buy neat gifts for my family as well. If you are building or remodeling a house I would highly recommend that you consider a DirectBuy membership.
