My husband, Blaine and I (Roxana) joined with hopes of remodeling our home a bit. Well the 'bit' has turned into some major work and we are having so much fun! The savings has allowed us to buy more and the quality of the merchandise available to us is astounding. All the people at our DirectBuy are are extremely friendly and helpful. We love working with a beautiful young lady named Sophia. The franchise owners, Don and his lovely wife, Doreen, are so friendly and fun to talk to. There are so many new products that we did not realize were available (or we would not have even looked at because of the prices) that our renovations are making our home so updated and unique. The Direction catalog has so many great items in it that I am already looking for gift ideas for Christmas for our family! We also get the email sales and, being a 'sale' shopper, I am beckoned to order every one of them! Unfortunately, Blaine keeps me under control so I am able to only order a few things. But we have been very happy with everything we received.

We will be returning next Friday to pick up a custom vanity top for one of our bathrooms and we will stop in and visit with everyone at the showroom. So this is your warning y'all....here we come!

My husband and I are members at DirectBuy in Pickering. We considered joining DirectBuy before doing a whole-house renovation. We were skeptical at first, but my husband (he is a contractor) was familiar with the prices on cabinets, and he figured we could save the membership fee on just the cabinets alone.

He was right -- and then some. We were able to purchase so much for our new home -- flooring, cabinets, door hardware, tile, furniture, appliances, you name it. Not only are the prices absolutely unbeatable (we did lots of research), you also have access to selection you would never get anywhere else, allowing you to create a truly one-of-a-kind home.

The best is when you are able to visit the factory showrooms, as I was for the tile. Wow -- the selection was unbelievable, and the prices were about 50% less than my husband could get as someone in the industry. We were able to upgrade to gorgeous tile and still spend less than we would have at big box stores. If you are looking at high-end appliances, DirectBuy is great. With the 100+ items I bought from DirectBuy, there was only one thing we had a problem with, and the DB staff were right there to help us sort it out. Now, I cannot imagine shopping any other way. Thank you to all the staff at DB of Toronto East for all their help!

It is always more enjoyable shopping when your every need or question is taken care of by your sales staff... I was appointed by I think everyone of your staff to make sure that I was taken care of. But there are two that stand out, one being Lisa. She was very helpful and happy person, great personality. The other was Kristina, she has all the answers, very knowledgeable.
