We are delighted with our lighting. Pick-up for the lights could not have been better... friendly and careful... going through each separate wrapping to be sure nothing was broken and all parts were there. The 3-4 times we have visited the showroom, we have been pleased with the availability of help and willingness to spend time helping us read the various catalogs pricing! The savings on our outdoor gables was huge and a very good quality!!! They look great on our adobe/stucco walls. We hope to move into our home in 6 weeks and will then be enjoying our kitchen cabinets also purchased through DirectBuy! An enormous savings!!!

We're in the process of building our home and have saved a lot of money through DirectBuy. Today we purchased flooring for some of our rooms and saved quite a bit. We also saved on our appliances. We also purchased stone for the exterior of our home. The stone we were initially going to purchase at retail was not the exact but was comparable to the stone that we did purchase through DirectBuy. Had we purchased it at retail, it would have been a lot more in cost. We are very happy with all the money we have saved so far.

I’ve been a DirectBuy member since September 2005 during the construction of my new home. I was acting as the general contractor and doing much of the work myself. I found the DirectBuy showroom coupled with internet research very helpful, which was a big advantage for my situation. For the first couple of years I had to travel approx. fifty miles to the showroom in Kent. Even though the distance wasn’t convenient, the savings were worth the effort. I was able to recoup the cost of my membership within the first couple of orders and when the Lacey showroom opened in 2007, my DirectBuy experience improved immensely. Lucky for me the new showroom opened as I was entering the finishing stages of construction.

I spend a lot of time running back and forth to the showroom or the receiving dock. Because of this I got to know most of the showroom employees and I enjoyed being called by name by people who were familiar with my project. I found that I was able to afford much higher quality fixtures due to the DirectBuy savings. I was also able to take advantage of even greater savings by shopping in the Direction magazine. I have found the variety of the items in Direction usually means that items I have been looking for are included sooner or later if I’m able to be patient. I am currently moving on to decorating and furnishing my home and I know my budget will stretch by shopping with DirectBuy!!

While signing up for DirectBuy membership was a departure from my normal mode of conduct, I’ll readily admit that (while it did take a leap a faith) I made a smart choice and am more than satisfied with the savings realized. I initially tracked the savings on my purchases until I was satisfied that my initial costs were offset, and since have simply noticed store retail costs elsewhere. In virtually every instance, purchases made through DirectBuy have been lower than the local retail stores and internet sale prices as well. This has proven to be so consistent that comparison shopping isn’t really needed. I have ample confidence in the DirectBuy experience.

Another aspect of DirectBuy here in El Paso that enhances the overall level of enjoyment is the individuals I’ve encountered that are employed at DirectBuy.
